The Deep Blue Sea

The sea holds my memories.

Tiny droplets of thought and experience returned to the earth,

intermingled with that of kindred souls,

swimming together,

existing for all of eternity.

The energy never dies, it is held in the salt of the sea.

It ebbs and flows, sweeping back to me to glance,

and pulling away again, escaping my thought,

but never gone.

Sometimes I bathe in the deep blue sea,

drench myself in my truth,

but mostly I avoid it because it’s far too cold.
